The characters were really boring. The story didnt hold the intriguing sensation that I got from the first book. Maybe because I just got bored with the TVD references after the 50th Yes, brother. No, brother. Like we get it. You took inspiration from TVD, Cal and Cupid are loosely based off of Damon and Stefan, but come up with a different catchphrase. Not only is that plagiarism but its also just really crappy writing.
Also, the story just really didnt hold the same feeling to it that Cupids Match did. I feel like this sequel shouldnt have even been a thing and the writer should have just left it at the first book.
I dont think Ill be reading anymore of this series. If I do, itll probably be because I have a tendency to want to finish series, even if they have low quality writing.
