That was almost six years ago and hes kept the weight off. Any time his clothes start to get a little tight, we go back to Phase 2.
It was especially difficult for him as hes not fond of eggs and many vegetables. Plus, he travels a lot. Airports arent diet friendly so living on the go was tough those first weeks. So, we pre-cooked chicken breasts, lean beef patties and pork chops for him to take along with him to eat in a pinch.
Because of his success, I have to rate this five stars. My husbands older brother died from obesity related issues at only 37 years of age, so I also have to thank the author for giving us my husbands life back.
